Having visited the Orlando brach last year, i had very high hopes for the London one. All in all, i would give the day a 4/5. The service was average, host on the front looked like she'd had a long day lol. We moved on up, got seated and a woman took our order. She seemed a little timid, but a nice girl none the less :) Ordered our drinks, was told that they had no Sol left for our 'Solgarita' so we had Corona instead which was fine. They were brought over with no straws but im not a snob, we waited and she brought some over within a couple of minutes! The food was lovely - a little smaller than the US but what can you expect, we're british - we dont know what we're in for when we visit America! 4/5. The dessert dissapointed. It was a good dessert, dont get me wrong, but when i ordered the 'Alabama Brownie', the same i had ordered before - and might i state, a large chunk of brownie cake in the photo on the menu - i was not brought this. Instead i was brought over a tiny chunk of flat brownie, which was 1/3 of the size of the usual. When i asked, 'what happened!', she kind of palmed me off and said, 'oh thats all we have, but its different on the menu i know' and then just walked off. Service, as well as not really getting what i ordered - or an explantion or apology - i would give it 2/5. But not to let that hinder the choice of visiting this branch or restaurant for that matter, i would still give the overall experience a 4/5 :) You still get a 'Bubba Gumps' pint glass at the end of the meal to take home aswell - so you cant complain! Free souvenir! Go visit Bubba Gumps in London for a nice filling meal at a reasonable price - but if you want the full package - above and beyond - get yourself to Orlando.
