Description

The overall goal of CLB 025: Total Ownership Cost is to provide business cost estimating and financial management personnel with the framework necessary to estimate total ownership cost within the acquisition process. It is not intended to duplicate information documented in various DoD and Service level policy, guidance and implementing instructions but to provide a frame of reference for developing TOC estimates.

Objectives

This module is primarily intended for business cost estimating and financial management personnel logisticians and Program Managers who seek to understand Total Ownership Costs as a part of the acquisition process.
