WSD 016 Polarity Management
 Description
Polarity Management is a framework and set of principles that provide a practical set of resources for dealing with ongoing, chronic issues that are unavoidable and unsolvable. Polarities embody sets of opposites which cannot function well independently. Because the two sides of a polarity are interdependent, there is no way to choose one as a “solution” and neglect the other. The objective of polarity management is to get the best of both opposites, while avoiding the limits of each. By harnessing the power of Both/And thinking, polarities can be better managed for team and individual performance.
