 Description
Reviews the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, which can assist the government and contractor in resolving disputes, leading to mutual agreements that benefit both parties.
Objectives
  • Understanding of the benefits of ADR
  • Experience in ADR through “hands-on” exercises and case studies
  • Use ADR techniques for problem-solving in order to reach a collaborative agreement that is beneficial and long-lasting
  • Target Attendees
    This workshop is geared to the federal acquisition professional: contracting officers and specialists, negotiators, administrators, counsel, and other integrated product team members.
