Description
The introductory training provides an overview of critical thinking concepts and focuses on defining critical thinking and demonstrating “how to do it.” Through facilitated discussions and case study exercises, participants will gain an understanding of the critical thinking process and identify the crucial steps in thinking critically. Specifically, using the works of Dr. Linda Elder and Dr. Richard Paul, learn about the different kinds of thinkers and strategies for developing or improving critical thinking.
Objectives
Analyze and apply the critical aspects of critical thinking.
Target Attendees
Defense acquisition, technology and logistics management workforce organizations interested in improving their team and individual’s performance.
