Description
This course introduces key aspects of Earned Value Management (EVM) Fundamentals and multifunctional team support to EVM forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Participants will develop a fundamental awareness and understanding of Earned Value (EV), EVM, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and EVM regulations, policies, and guidelines as it relates to the Contract Management Team (CMT), Program Support Team (PST), and Support Program Support Team (SPST) surveillance and reporting. This course also introduces Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) multifunctional personnel to the reporting requirements used for successful and predictive EVM analysis and forecasting; EVM terms and definitions; EVMS clauses and guidelines; and applicable DCMA policy.
