Description
The SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory®) is a proven, memorable tool for improving team effectiveness and reducing the costs of conflict. The effectiveness of an organization depends on the quality of its relationships. SDI® can help people enrich their interpersonal relationships in the workplace and manage conflict more productively. The tool is based on the theory of Relationship Awareness — a learning model for effectively and accurately understanding the motive behind behavior. When people recognize the unique motivation of themselves and others, they greatly enhance their ability to communicate more effectively AND handle conflict more productively. During the seminar, you will receive a brief overview of the tool, complete the assessment instrument, do a self-validation, participate in fun activities to reinforce learning, and receive general feedback.
