Description

This module identifies the most important leadership competencies necessary for Program Managers (PMs) in the defense acquisition process and analyzes the attributes of successful Program Managers through interviews with two highly successful PMs. This module also provides tips on self-assessment of PM leadership skills and references for more information on how to strengthen those skills.
