The overall goal of the CLL 021: Product Support Arrangements continuous learning module is to provide the Product Support Manager with an understanding of the policies, processes, roles and responsibilities of the various organizations that participate in the development of product support arrangements including the Warfighter, the Program Manager, the Product Support Integrator(s) and the Product Support Provider(s). It is not intended to duplicate all the information documented in various DoD and Service level policy, guidance and implementing instructions, but to provide a frame of reference for developing product support arrangements.

This module is primarily intended for Product Support Managers who need to understand the concepts, terms and methodologies associated with teh development and execution of Product Support Arrangements (PSA).
