CLE 016 Outcome-Based Performance Measures

Description
This module covers performance measurement terminology, DoD policy, rationale for their creation, identifies how Outcome-Based Performance Measures can be linked to strategic plans and provides guidance on formulating effective Outcome-Based Performance Measures for IT investments as required by Title 40. Students will be familiarized with the Balanced Scorecard approach, ways and processes that effective Outcome-Based Performance Measures can be developed; and the role played by the Post Implementation Review (PIR).
