Reviews the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, which can assist the government and contractor in resolving disputes, leading to mutual agreements that benefit both parties.

Objectives

Understanding of the benefits of ADR

Experience in ADR through “hands-on” exercises and case studies

Use ADR techniques for problem-solving in order to reach a collaborative agreement that is beneficial and long-lasting

Target Attendees

This workshop is geared to the federal acquisition professional: contracting officers and specialists, negotiators, administrators, counsel, and other integrated product team members.
