Description
The SPS 102 Contracts course focuses on the procurement process by introducing the 'basics' of the Procurement Desktop-Defense application or PD². It describes how to navigate the desktop, set preferences, use the PD² Advisor, and other frequently-used desktop tools. Also described are the specific components of the Purchase Request (PR) process, such as PR creation and modification, creating attachments (e.g., CDRL DD1423, checklists, milestone plans), creating solicitations and amendments, creating awards and post award management.
