Description
You will learn proper administration and management techniques for the entire audit cycle.

Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
  • Prepare a program plan;
  • Prepare and manage an operating plan;
  • Prepare reimbursable billings;
  • Use DMIS to setup an assignment;
  • Document supervisory review including initial and interim guidance and final review comments;
  • Use DMIS to disposition assignments including incurred cost and forward pricing;
  • Calculate audit statistics for incurred cost and forward pricing (i.e., questioned cost, dollars, examined, ADV, net savings, etc.);
  • Describe the PNM follow-up process;
  • Identify critical COGNOS reports available for managing the life cycle of audits.
