Description
This module builds upon the sealed bidding process presented in FAR part 14. This course is designed to provide acquisition professionals experience in understanding and reviewing sealed bidding concepts and processes when contracting for supplies and services. The module covers: Pre-solicitation concerns using sealed bidding; Procedures for soliciting bids; Methods for bid receipt and correct handing of bids; Procedures to correct common mistakes in bids; and Selection of the correct contractor for award.
