Description

The course provides students with concepts and tools in both Manufacturing Planning and Control, and Supply Chain Management concepts, enabling them to assess manufacturing systems, predict costs, monitor technical performance, and evaluate supply-chain risk levels. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to evaluate the likelihood that a given supplier will fulfill the requirements of a given contract, thereby enabling Industrial Specialist (IS), Industrial Engineer (IE), and Supply Management Specialist (SMS) personnel to make informed acquisition decisions.
