WSD 010 360 Survey Workshop

Description
The 360 Survey Seminar is designed to help organizations assess their employees’ strengths and development needs in the context of working relationships. The workshop uses the Development Dimensions International (DDI) Leadership Mirror(R) which is a web-based multilingual 360 degree feedback survey that gathers observational information. This data is collected from several perspectives regarding the individual’s leadership performance. This includes a self-survey and surveys from their supervisor, peers, and direct reports (subordinates). Knowing your strengths and developmental needs will help you identify appropriate courses of action and developmental activities.

An introduction session to socialize the purpose of the instrument is optional and can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less. Once the survey collection is completed, a general feedback and interpretation session is held to explain how to analyze your survey results; identify development plan resources available; and to provide an opportunity to ask questions of a general nature about the survey report. This session takes about 1 hour. Individuals who desire an individual feedback and coaching session may schedule one with a DAU faculty 360 coach. These sessions usually range from 45 – 60 minutes on average and can be accomplished in person or telephonically etc.

    Course Length
    The administration period generally runs 30 – 35 days to allow for sufficient time to allow the self-survey to be completed along with giving the invited respondents ample time to complete their survey.
