Description
This module is designed to provide Department of Defense (DOD) acquisition professionals with a better understanding of the need to ensure that non-DOD contracting instruments are appropriately used by DOD contracting personnel.

It provides an overview of current policy, key concepts and requirements on scope, competition, and fiscal law, roles and responsibilities of the assisting and requiring activities.
