Long Description

The Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Technical Architecture (JTA) represents one of the three kinds of architecture views defined in the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)/DoD Architecture Framework. Adoption of the JTA is mandated for new or improved systems throughout DoD.

This presentation will give an overview of the DoD JTA, discuss its role in facilitating interoperability, and describe its application in the context of the other C4ISR views, the Operational Architecture (OA) and Systems Architecture (SA) views.
