Description
This course builds upon the foundation established through the Level III curriculum. The primary focus of this course is for students to think critically about their leadership tendencies and how they plan to implement key leadership concepts provided in the course towards their future leadership growth on the job. Combined with a variety of advanced technical leadership approaches students will share their own leadership experiences and leverage the experiences of their peer students to identify personal leadership improvement opportunities and to synthesize an action plan to evolve their technical leadership capabilities.

DAWIA Level III acquisition professionals in Engineering and Technology career fields (STM, ENG, T&E, PQM) with at least 10-12 years of acquisition experience.
