This presentation will introduce and review the concepts, elements, principles, processes, enablers, application templates, and framework for a new Industry/Government Standard for Performance-Based Data Management. This standard addresses the procurement, access, sharing, and exchange of product data in a principles-based framework, to successfully achieve the lowest cost and most efficient and effective method of acquiring data against system sustainment needs.
