Installation Completion Notification (ICN)

Scope:
|
An Installation Completion Notification (ICN) is used to report field accomplishment of retrofit changes by contractor personnel as required by an approved Engineering Change Proposal (ECP). The notification is provided to the Government when the Government is maintaining the configuration status accounting information for the configuration of units in the operational inventory.
