Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Services
This website provides a variety of resources for Veterans, including information regarding employment and vocational services and assistance. VetSuccess Program is authorized by Congress to assist Veterans with service connected disabilities to prepare for, find and keep suitable jobs. Operation Warfighter
This program was established to provide a temporary assignment to members of the military while undergoing treatment or rehabilitation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. The purpose of this program is to provide Service members with meaningful activity outside of the hospital environment and to offer them a formal means of transition back into the workplace. U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program
On April 30, 2004, the Army introduced the DS3 initiative to provide its severely disabled soldiers and their families with a system of advocacy and follow-up with personal support to assist them as they transition from military service to the civilian community. Marine For Life
Marine For Life’s (M4L) mission is to provide transition assistance to Marines who honorably leave active service and return to civilian life and to support injured Marines and their families. M4L offers help for wounded marines while they are waiting to return to service, in addition to supporting marines and their families during the transition process to civilian employment. REALifelines
The Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Service has a website dedicated to Recovery and Employment Assistance Lifelines. The site helps wounded and injured Service members and veterans access valuable online resources and contact information for one-on-one employment assistance to help them transition into the civilian workforce.

Veterans Employment Toolkit
The Veterans Employment Toolkit was created by the National Center for PTSD, in conjunction with the VA's Mental Health Services. The toolkit was created for employers, managers, supervisors, human resource professionals, and EAP professionals to support and retain Veterans in the workplace.
