NAVAIR Initial Operational Capability Supportability Review (IOCSR) Web Site

The Initial Operational Capability Supportability Review (IOCSR) web site supports the IOCSR process. The IOCSR process ensures systems and equipment are fully supportable at Initial Operational Capability (IOC) levels and affordable over their life cycle. The IOCSR process is also intended to enhance communication with the fleet customer/user of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) posture of systems entering the fleet. The IOCSR program manager uses a standardized self assessment form that is responsible for developing the agenda for the annual IOCSR board and will include those problems with significant ILS risk at IOC for which solutions or mutually agreed upon work-arounds could not be found.
