GOSC Meeting 8 Feb 16

Mr. Kerry Straight, Civilian Workforce Transformation (CWT) briefing Mr. Karl Schneider, Principal Deputy ASA (M&RA) and CWT GOSC members on Employee Engagement recommended actions aimed at meeting the 2016 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) Presidential Engagement Goal of 67%.

Army Federal Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) 2015 Released

On 14 Dec 2015, the Department of the Army FEVS Analysis and Benchmarking Report was released along with the FEVS Army Trends--2014 and 2015 Data Reviews. The Army increased 1.5 percent in the Engagement Index (EI) and is currently at 64 percent. The Army has shown across-the-board improvements in FEVS scores as compared to the 2014 FEVS results, but we still have much to do to enhance overall Employee Engagement (E2) and exceed the 2016 Presidential standard of 67%.

Civilian Professional Development Seminar at AUSA

On October 14, 2015 the Department of the Army Civilian Professional Development presented a seminar at the Association of the United States Army’s (AUSA) Annual Meeting. The seminar highlighted the theme "Employee Engagement" and featured panels on the Civilian Workforce Transformation and Talent Management.
