Customer Wait Time (CWT) Tool

Para 5.5.8 of the Defense Acqusition Guidebook discusses a "Time Definite Delivery Tool" and provides a link to the OSD Supply Chain Integration (SCI) website. To find the link look under "End-to-End Customer Support", and then under the "Performance Based Agreement (PBA) Toolkit" link down at the bottom of the page. The website is currently not functional due to the fact the tool name had been changed from "Time Definite Delivery Tool" to "Logistics Response Time Tool", and the link has been changed to http://lrttool.lmi.org.  There is also a separate "Customer Wait Time Tool" available at http://cwttool.lmi.org.
