The responsibilities for CCA certification and confirmation tasks are covered by either the PSA/Domain owner or the Program Manager (PM). For the purpose of this guide, the oversight staff is viewed as decision support to the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA), so their responsibilities will not be detailed.
