CALL FOR PAPERS: The 20th Annual DoD Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Program Review will be held 03-07 April 2017 in San Antonio, Texas at the Gateway Club on Lackland AFB. Brief abstracts for both the "General Session" and the "Restricted Session" are now being accepted. Abstracts should be no longer than one page and indicate whether it's for the General Session or the Restricted Session. Abstracts should be submitted to disa.usna.os.mbx.e3coordinator@mail.mil. Twenty-minute timeslots will be allocated for presentations. The General Session will accommodate unclassified presentations that are approved for public release. The Restricted Session will accommodate presentations that are distribution limited or classified up to "SECRET."
The Program Review is an information exchange forum for DoD Components, the Federal Government, and Industry E3 and Spectrum Management professionals to collaborate, network, and meet to discuss policy and regulations, acquisition trends, operational supportability, and emerging technology. It also features dozens of technical presentations, several training seminars, and many working groups, ad hoc meetings, and exhibitions. The proposed theme of this year's event is Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO).
Note: CAC/Military ID is required for unrestricted access to Lackland AFB. If you do not hold such an ID (contractors w/o CAC, foriegn nationals), we will need to provide your information to the base on an access list. EVENT LOCATION: The DoD E3 Program Review will be held at the Gateway Club located on Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.

EVENT WORKSHOPS AND SIDEBAR MEETINGS: Meeting space will be available throughout the week to host working groups and sidebar meetings for program review attendees. Space can be reserved by contacting disa.usna.os.mbx.e3coordinator@mail.mil and specifying the session topic, number of participants, duration, and audio/visual requirements.
