• Workplace Violence Web Based Training for Supervisors; This course will provide supervisors with information that enables you to recognize the warning signs of workplace violence and the skills needed to take preventive action.
• Workplace Violence Web Based Training for Employees; This course will teach employees the skills to reduce the potential for workplace violence. You will learn to recognize warning signs and what actions you can take to prevent a violent incident.
• Impact of Reorganizations on Bargaining Units; This course is designed to meet the needs of managers, union representatives, and employees supporting and interacting with changing organizations by addressing issues that arise when agencies or units reorganize or merge.
• Statutory Exclusions from Bargaining Units; This course tells you how to identify those positions that are excluded from bargaining units , identify those duties that are excluded from bargaining units. Supplements the Impact of Reorganizations on Bargaining Units WBT course.
• Labor Relations for Supervisors/Managers; The purpose of this course is to serve as a refresher to those who have already taken the Labor Relations for Supervisors and Managers instructor-led training course.
• Performance Management for Supervisors/Mgrs; Builds on the concepts of instructor-led course, Performance Management for Supervisors and Managers, this refresher will increase your confidence in communicating with employees and execute DoD's performance management process.
• Employee Relations for Supervisors/Managers; This course was designed to equip supervisors and managers with adequate knowledge of employee relations in order to effectively manage employees, recognize and address conduct and performance issues, explain managements in addressing a problematic employee situation.

Executive Order (E.O.) 13522

Executive Order (E.O.) 13522, allows management, employees and their union representatives to engage pre-decisionally in all workplace matters, to the fullest extent practicable, without regard to whether a bargaining obligation exists under Section 7106 of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.

This video promotes labor-management cooperation in DOD and encourages DOD labor-management representatives to participate in FLRA-led training on labor-management relations. The video features:
