Glenn Fogg is the Deputy Director for Prototyping & Experimentation within the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Emerging Capability & Prototyping. His duties include overseeing program execution and providing technical and programmatic advice for prototyping and experimentation. Working with Department of Defense commands and organizations, Mr. Fogg identifies capability short falls, leverages technologies and formulates programs that can satisfy the needs, and demonstrates the new capabilities through prototyping and experimentation.
