Coast Guard Completes Latest Phase Of Dolphin Helicopter Upgrades

The Coast Guard delivered its 99th and final upgraded MH-65D Dolphin short range recovery helicopter to Air Station Kodiak, Alaska, Dec. 16, 2015, bringing an end to the fourth phase of the conversion program.
