I think it is great that people especially drs are taking this very seriously. I have alot of friends and loved ones that could use help, but as you may well know that if people are having problems withaddiction so they usually do not have the money for rehab or a dr.

I am one of those people with an addiction problem that do not have the money for a rehab or a doctor, I am constantly looking for ways to help myself but do not know what to do. I know that this addiction is ruining my life, and without this "medication" I get so sick that it scares me. I never thought that I would be here, I was one of those people who refused to even take an asprin until last year when I had surgery on my stomach and the pain never went away, I started taking pain killers and eventually became dependant on them, now I have to have them and my doctor took me off and have been buying them in not the right ways but I dont know what else to do.....I can't live like this, constant worrying always in pain and sick from withdraw, its horrible and I always tell myself I don't know how I got here but I know I want to change but can't, I don't have insurance and the doctors are so expensive that even when I try to save my addiction overrides the money I put up....I am lost. I hear YOU honey and I'm in the EXACT SAME BOAT!!!!!!! It's KILLING ME !!!! I'm down to my LAST 4 pills and am FREAKING OUT!!!!!! I am ALWAYS running scared and I REFUSE to keep living this way, but I also have chronic pain from Fibromyolgia and Nervpathy . I have NO INSURANCE and 0 funds and DON'T know who to call to at least get me on Methadone. If ANYONE reads this .....PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!! ?????
