A powerful coastal storm will continue to bring heavy snow, blustery winds and blizzard conditions to portions of New England today. Lake Effect snow will also impact portions of New York State and the northeast. Meanwhile, locally heavy rain is expected in portions of Texas and the southern Plains. Localized flooding is possible.
