    Children & Youth

    We support the development and well-being of children and youth by funding programs that provide quality child care and early childhood education, child abuse and teen pregnancy prevention, and runaway and homeless youth services.

    Hispanic Outreach

    ACF has identified important strategies to support underserved and/or underrepresented populations. These strategies strengthen research and programs targeting Hispanic populations and conducting outreach to stakeholders and providers.

    Homelessness is a complex issue, but one we are determined to solve. Together, with our federal partners, ACF is committed to finding meaningful solutions for the individuals, children and families we serve.

    ACF promotes self-sufficiency for Native Americans and Tribes with funding for community-based projects, and training and technical assistance to eligible tribes and native organizations.

    Unaccompanied Children

    HHS' Administration for Children and Families is responsible for providing care to children who come to the U.S. from other countries without an adult guardian referred by immigration authorities.
