MIL-HDBK-237D Electromagnetic Environmental Effects and Spectrum Certification Guidance for the Acquisition Process

MIL-HDBK-237D provides acquisition personnel responsible for the design, development, and procurement of DoD platforms/systems and subsystems/equipment with the guidance necessary for achieving the desired level of electromagnetic (EM) compatibility (EMC).  This handbook describes the tasks that should be accomplished to ensure electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) control and spectrum certification (SC) procedures are addressed during the item's acquisition life cycle.
