CPARS Merge Training Course Description:

This training will give the student an overview of the changes coming during the merge of the CPARS, ACASS, and CCASS modules. The class will focus on the revised evaluation form, including changes to the data elements, screens, and rating areas, changes to the CPARS reports, changes to the workflow user roles, changes to the CPARS workflow and timeline, new email notifications, and the timeframe for the merge. The class also includes a discussion of the status of evaluations both pre and post merge and a list of frequently asked questions. The class assumes a basic knowledge of the CPARS/ACASS/CCASS policies, user roles, and workflow.
