Welcome to the American Agri-Women website! American Agri-Women is the national coalition of farm, ranch, and agri-business women's organizations. We are a non-profit, non-partisan, public interest organization.
American Agri-Women is an organization serving as a communications link for those who join the coalition. Members work on national issues of mutual interest and concern. A national convention is held annually to discuss and take action on those concerns.
America's economic health depends on successful and profitable agriculture, just as the central business district provides the economic base for urban America. Food and fiber producers represent less than 2% of the population.
By working together effectively, American Agri-Women can magnify its political influence and members can educate consumers and school children as to the needs of agriculture.
American Agri-Women works in areas of legislation, regulations, consumer relations, promotion, and education. We are consumers as well as producers and have a unique point of view to offer.
