A Marketplace call center representative will call you back as soon as things quiet down, but it won’t be tonight. We’ll call you after the deadline to make sure you have Marketplace coverage that starts on March 1st. Thank you!

Unless you qualify for an Special Enrollment Period (https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20170214001016/http://go.hc.gov/2jVD1EU), there is no need to continue your application. Best to wait until a representative calls you back to get your questions answered and finish your application if necessary. If they do help and get you enrolled, you'll have coverage starting in March. Thank you.

Debra Anderson: Unfortunately this is the umtenth time I have called and have never been offered this option and been on hold for 1-1/2 hrs. For whatever reason I can not log onto my application for 2 weeks. This is after the first time over a week ago when a live representative was updating my application but putting me on hold to do so but often letting me know she was still on the phone line but then nothing from her in over an hour!! After which time I had to hang up. Trump will probably take it all away anyway.
