Welcome to the Naval Test and Evaluation Policy Resource Center hosted by OPNAV N84, staff for the Office of the Naval T&E Executive. The OPNAV staff reorganized in March 2012, and the N091 code was changed to N84. The office was renamed to DIrector, Innovation, Test & Evaluation, and Technology Requirements (OPNAV N84).
The purpose of this Resource Center is to provide an open-source searchable location for all Navy and Marine Corps acquisition personnel to find the latest in DoD and Navy policy and guidance relating to Test and Evaluation.
