PDREP AIS is the Department of the Navy (DON) database used to record, collect, retrieve and analyze supplier performance data including deficiencies (PQDR), discrepancies (SDR), special quality data, supplier audits, survey data, material inspection results (MIR), contract award data, non-conformances and premature failures on materials. The PDREP AIS currently supports the storage and retrieval of multiple record types displaying supplier product and performance information. PDREP AIS is the source for all Navy Ships Critical Safety Items (CSI). The PDREP AIS is IUID compliant to provide for easier reporting of UII material.
Note: The Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR) is the method for documenting quality deficiencies to include counterfeit reporting. The 5AS “Counterfeit Materiel, Suspect” code is PQDR specific and provides a method to document quality issues specific to suspect counterfeit materiel and to conduct automatic queries for counterfeit metrics reporting. For DON, PDREP is the single source for Suspect Counterfeit Material Metrics reports and will provide appropriate Suspect Counterfeit Material quality information to the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP).
