The PCOLS enhancement process is intended to encourage user involvement in how the system functions and to find ways that may make it function more effectively for the user community.
To submit a request for enhancement or change to PCOLS, utilize the PCOLS Enhancement Request Form and follow the instructions on the form to submit it.
Please submit only one enhancement per request form. This allows for more efficient review ability and tracking for the Level 2s and the Purchase Card Policy Office (PCPO).
