DT&E Evaluation Framework - Concept and Example

The DT&E evaluation framework (DT EF) provides a concise and logical description of the evaluation of the system's technical capabilities and how the information from that evaluation will inform program acquisition decisions.  It allows the acquisition decisionmakers to understand what information that will be provided from the DT&E program, in order to make informed decisions.  The DT EF provides a concise description of the evaluation plan and allows clear and concise communication in TEMPs of the DT&E plans and how they support the acquisition decision-making process.
