What document replaces MIL-STD-1521B for important requirements? (2 answers)

I'm currently trying to root Systems Requirements Review entrance and exit criteria for a new program in approved OSD standards.  Without MIL-STD-1521B in force, what critical documents can flow-down those types of requirements? I'm currently looking at our agency level Systems Engineering Plan, which outlines some requirements, but I'm wondering if any OSD documents provide a firm foundation for these major technical reviews.

I'd appreciate any input from the community.

In addition to the guidance of your SEP, you may start with DAG 4.3.2.4.2.1. System Requirements Review (SRR). In order for you to have affirmative answers to the exit questions (criteria) in 4.3.2.4.2.1. System Requirements Review (SRR), you need to think what entry criteria will lead to the affirmative answers of the exit criteria. Also use the OSD SRR checklist (https://acc.dau.mil/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=384095&lang=en-US) for your risk assessment update.

    DoD has recently adopted IEEE Std 15288.2. This "Standard for Technical Reviews and Audits on Defense Programs" includes substantial criteria for the Systems Requirements Review as well as other reviews and audits.
    These include technical review products acceptability criteria, preparations actions, conduct elements, and closure actions.
