On April 30, 2011, new BPR guidance and a new BPR Assessment Form was issued by the DCMO. Compliance with the guidance and assessment process is required for all defense business system modernization certifications and recertifications as part of the IRB and DBSMC process, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2222. Completed BPR Assessment Forms should be submitted to the appropriate IRB as part of a program’s certification package. View the link for more...
