As a result of the bid protest decision issued by the Government Accountability Office in Technatomy Corporation, B-405130 (June 14, 2011), the GAO is now hearing protests of all task and delivery orders awarded by civilian agencies, without limitation on the protest grounds or dollar value of the order.
