Welcome to SAM’s Electronics and Communications Services Wing.
Electronics and Communications Services covers a broad range of tasks that require specific skills or detailed processes for the setup, delivery, and management of technology-centric systems. This Wing pertains to the effort provided under contract by nongovernmental sources to design, develop, support, or improve technology-centric (or computer-based) systems. There is a wide variety in the services available in this Wing including engineering, network operations, software development, system fielding, system training, information assurance, and others.
