Welcome to the User Information and Training area of the Acquisition Community Connection (ACC).

This area contains training guides and other training tutorials for new users, new editors, and those that just want to expand their knowledge on how to leverage the full power of the ACC.

  • Sign In [Apr 2014] - Guides you through logging in with DAU's single sign-on capability, including how to edit your profile, retrieve your user name, and reset your password.
  • Frequently Asked Questions [Apr 2014] - Answers to frequently asked questions about DAU's single sign-on capability.
  • Community Membership Process [pending] - Shows you how to request community membership on the ACC.
  • My Options [pending]- Illustrates the convenience of the My Options button on the ACC, including shortcuts for accessing the various parts of your profile.

KNOWLEDGE/CONTRIBUTION INFORMATION

  • Feedback [Jun 2013] - Assists users in reporting issues, suggesting functions or content, or rating items.
  • Contribute [May 2013] - Illustrates how to contribute knowledge to the ACC website.
  • Download Contribution [Jul 2014] - Illustrates how to download and save a contribution from the ACC website.
  • Discuss [May 2013] - Covers the basics of starting a discussion on a given topic at any level (i.e. Community, Topic, or Contribution level).
  • Relate a Contribution [Jul 2013]- Demonstrates the basic concept of taking an existing contribution and having it appear in more than one area by using the "relate contribution" feature of the ACC.
  • Subscribe [Jul 2013]- Demonstrates how to subscribe to a topic, discussion, or contribution. Also shows the advantages of doing so.
  • Edit a Subscription [May 2013] - Demonstrates how to edit an existing subscription.
  • Unsubscribe [Jul 2013]- Demonstrates how to delete an existing subscription.
