  • All users can click on “New Ticket” to request support without logging in…tickets will automatically associate with existing accounts and new accounts will be created for first-time users.
  • Returning users may login by clicking on “My Tickets” or “Please login now” to submit tickets, track and update exisiting tickets, and leave feedback for pending and closed cases. Select the option to login using your Google Apps @maritime email address.
