Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

Guam EPA strives to be as open and transparent as possible. The Agency’s access to public document is available via the Sunshine Reform Act of 1999. You can view the law here.

FOIA requests can be mailed to the Administrator at P.O. Box 22439, GMF Barrigada, Guam 96913. You can also fax a FOIA request to 1.671.475.8007.


American Reinvestment and Recovery Act Funds

Guam EPA had two ARRA-funded projects.
1 – 604(b) Water Quality Management Planning:This grant was to update the Ugum Watershed Management Plan, Implement the 2011 Stormwater Workshop and help sponsor the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Workshop in 2012.

2 – Removal and remediation of Underground Storage Tanks: This grant helped close down ten sites with possible Leaking Underground Storage Tanks.
