Finding Biodiesel

FIND BIODIESEL IN YOUR AREA

Whether you are a petroleum distributor sourcing biodiesel or a consumer looking for a pump, finding biodiesel has never been easier.  We have maps that show you who produces, distributes and sells biodiesel.

LOCATE RETAILERS IN THE U.S.

See if there is a public pump near you.
There are hundreds of retail stations that now make biodiesel blends available to the public both at filling stations and fuel docks. More are coming on line virtually every week, so check often.  Also, if your favorite station doesn’t carry biodiesel, be sure to request it!

LOCATE DISTRIBUTORS IN THE U.S.

Buy from a petroleum distributor.
This is the most common way for centrally fueled fleets, Bioheat customers and farmers to get biodiesel.  Most biodiesel distributors will deliver the biodiesel in pure form or already blended according to the customer's preference. Ask your distributor to carry biodiesel, and if your request is not granted, then change to a distributor who will. Once they realize demand is out there and that biodiesel is a valuable addition to their product lines, most distributors will make it available.

LOCATE BIODIESEL PLANTS IN THE U.S.

The National Biodiesel Board (NBB) has member plants throughout the country.
Biodiesel plants are located across the U.S.  We recommend interested buyers get bids from several member companies.
