Participants of NRCS conservation programs may obtain technical assistance to implement conservation practices from a certified Technical Service Provider.

Certified Crop Advisor training conducted by NRCS on November 30 - December 2, 2010, included an update to TSP requirements for the development of Conservation Activity Plans (CAP). USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) - New York Office of USDA's NASS
The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) conducts hundreds of surveys every year and prepares reports covering virtually every aspect of U.S. agriculture. Production and supplies of food and fiber, prices paid and received by farmers, farm labor and wages, farm finances, chemical use, and changes in the demographics of U.S. producers are only a few examples.
